miniHOMEs are complete, turn-key, green housing solutions - designed and built in Canada for high performance in extreme climates.  All Park Models come completely constructed from our factory equipped with all cabinets/millwork, finishes, fixtures and appliances, fully tested and fully operational on the first day of your installation. There are no hidden costs, crane-rentals, foundations or on-site-assembly required (just shipping and taxes). miniHOMEs are available in a wide range of new models to suit local building codes and zoning requirements. We have recently redesigned our entire line to conform with 3 distinct classes of buildings;
  1. Park Model Trailers and Travel Trailers constructed in our facilities and shipped on-site (Travel Trailers, Park Model Trailers and Park Model Customs)
  2. Manufactured Homes - partially manufactured as panelized kits and assembled on-site (Available for All Models)
  3. Buildings constructed by contractors from Kits on-site and requiring a building permit (Available for All Models)

Off Grid - Electricity from the Sun and Wind

Because of its small size (and thus small energy loads) and ultra-efficient fixtures and appliances,  even a small solar, wind and battery package is enough to power the miniHOME year-round.  All systems have been designed for quiet, efficient and trouble free operation. The AC/DC circuits allow the use of conventional appliances, such as computers, televisions, tools and other 120 VAC consumer electronics.

The miniHOMEs include multi-functional rooms in a wide range of floorplans that will suit your changing needs over time. All of our Mechanical systems are tightly integrated into dedicated chases designed for easy access for repair and/or additions. As guests, or fulltime residents, you will appreciate the possibilities for privacy and separation possible in such small spaces. Unlike conventional trailers with their cluttered interiors, too many walls, tiny rooms and squashed furniture layouts, the miniHome uses fullsize residentail furniture to great effect.
