Please call us at 1-888-301-6464 (ext. 1) to make your reservation deposit – we do not process credit card information over the internet. Once you have placed your reservation deposit, you will receive our undivided attention (by telephone and/or email), concerning shipping, zoning, configuration/options and any other questions you may have about your miniHOME. We are now producing miniHOMEs to order year-round.

Production begins on receipt of your first of 4 progress payments, and delivery is 16 weeks after that date. Please see our models page for more details. For info on financing, click here.

To purchase a minihome, there are 5 more steps to follow:

  1. APPLICATION and RESERVATION DEPOSIT : Place a $10,000.00 ‘reservation deposit’ – by phone – to secure your miniHOME in the production sequence. (We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express – but also -Bank Drafts, Money Orders and Wire Transfers). All subsequent deposits can be financed (on approved credit). You will receive a receipt for your deposit by email and you will be automatically entered into our reservation cue. If you requested financing, our financing department will give you a call.
  2. RECEIPT and DRAFT SALES ORDER: With your reservation deposit receipt, you will receive a  Sales Agreement and Draft Sales Order. Please review, complete and return a copy to us.
  3. FINAL SALES ORDER: During this process we’ll help you determine the best approach for delivery, permits, systems and finishes for your miniHome. Then we’ll draft a detailed quotation with complete specifications, selected options, upgrades (as discussed in direct communication with us), applicable taxes and estimated shipping and site setup costs.
  4. PROGRESS PAYMENTS: On Completion of the signed Sales Agreement and Sales Order to SDS, together with the first of 4 equal payments of 20% (of the remaining Total Purchase Price)  – Production of your miniHOME begins. Progress payments are due Monthly from the date of receipt of the first payment.
  5. INSPECTION: On Completion of your schedule of progress payments (outlined in the Sales Agreement) – you may view your miniHOME in our factory (or we will send you photos) Approx. 90% of the stated Total Purchase Price is due prior to shipping your miniHOME to site. The final 10% is due on delivery, or after inspection of the unit.
  6. DELIVERY:miniHOME arrives on your site, and is installed by our qualified crew, you are given a personal introduction to all systems, operation and maintenance, keys and technical binder + owner’s manual is handed over to you and you begin your new, hyper-ecological life!
